Client Support Analyst

Assist
in fulfilling requests and resolving issues in coordination with the internal
production team as applicable.·
Inform
request status to client and manage their expectations·
Creates
a positive client support experience and builds strong relationships through
deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation,
communicating promptly on progress, and handling clients with a consummately
professional attitude·
Perform
maintenance work involving updating and uploading website contents and assets·
Monitors
live systems by the company and perform any necessary preventive maintenance
work·
Develop
a working knowledge of live systems·
Communicate
with internal senior management periodically on client implementation status updates·
Evaluate
the requirements of end users if the change request or within the scope of
maintenance contracts in collaboration with the project management team·
Build
and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
Qualifications
1. Must be a
graduate of any 4-year business or IT course, fresh graduates are welcome to
apply.2. Easy
to train on WordPress and other CMS.3. With
very good communication skills4. Has
great attention to detail.5. Has
Good written and spoken English.6. With
a pleasing personality.
