Business Analyst/Quality Assurance

• Responsible for an organization's technological development and direction
• Design business information systems, incorporate new technical systems to improve company work-flow, production, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Works with clients and Business Relationship MaN/Agers to understand the objective of the request and the project scope.
• Defines in coordiN/Ation with client and business system policy developers the detailed system requirements of the project.
• Collaborates with developers to confirm feasibility of the application changes and explore other enhancement options that will best address the business need and objectives.
• Presents for business client approval the proposed solution
Qualifications
Minimum requirements are as follows:
• Has good communication and analytical skills
• Preferably has knowledge or experience on:
• Writing Business Requirements document
• Creating effective test cases, test plan
• Defect tracking and management
• Software development Life cycle
• Fresh grad up to 1 year experience is okay
• Professional Qualification: Degree in Bachelor of Science, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial or Management.
• Knowledge in Life Insurance Operations or Financial Services
• Certification in Software Testing such as ITSQB is a plus.
• Basic SQL
• work knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including visio
• have knowledge in one or several significant corporate application systems
• working knowledge of software testing life cycle and software Testing operation.
