Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for IT executives
• Coordinate IT leadership meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and action items
• Serve as a liaison between IT, business units, vendors, and external partners
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and summaries
• Handle confidential IT, security, and business information with discretion
• Assist with budgeting, procurement tracking, and vendor coordination
• Support compliance, audit, and governance documentation (e.g., ISO, SOC, GDPR)
• Improve administrative workflows and documentation within the IT organization
Qualifications
Required Skills• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a Mid- to Senior-level Executive Assistant for IT.• Experience in handling executive-level administrative support in IT.• Working knowledge of basic finance essential for an Executive Assistant position.• Ability to understand IT concepts, terminology, and workflows• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs)• Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, Trello)• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
