General Clerk

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the assigned department to ensure that  its’ objective and deadlines are met.

  • Support would mean logging, encoding, maintaining records, reproduction and filing functions to  assist the internal/external customers of the department.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have related administrative internship experience. (Non-negotiable)

  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple processes and requests.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools most importantly Microsoft Excel. (Non-negotiable)

  • With proven good attendance and punctuality records; willing to commit to the work schedule. Preferably someone who lives near BGC as they will often render OT.

  • Keen with details - able to detect wrong information based on a reference material i.e. applicant’s id and application form (Non-negotiable)

  • File management and administrative experience such as filing, sorting, typing using excel and word an advantage.


Good to Have:

  • Experience in banking.
