PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Technical Consulting Services (architecture & design)a. Providing subject matter expertise in the form of non-functional requirements to projects and strategic ActiveDirectory initiatives covering the application & infrastructure of domain controllers.b. Attending to ongoing compliance requirements - advise on Active Directory Infrastructure related security fixes,identification and treatment of platform risks, etcc. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of Domain Controllersd. Able to design and influence Architect team on active directory on-prem and cloud platform including alloperational activities necessary for a forest and/or organization.e. Good knowledge on solutions like Group Policies and procedures for domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, LDAPand various monitoring tools.f. In depth experience on deploying Domain Controllers transfer of Forests and/or movement of Domain controllersbetween different sites/locations.g. Implemented and knowledge on GMSA (Group Managed Service Account)h. Configure Group policy objects in AD DS, scoping and processingi. Management of security and delegate permission in AD DS including domain password policies.j. Knowledgeable on the implementation and maintenance of Semperis.2. Functional/Operational Enhancementa. Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time and operational consistencyb. Contribute to continuous-improvement cycle for all functional/operational matters relating to all Windows & ADplatformsc. Process automationd. ITIL disciplinese. Technical & process solutions for complex operational scenariosf. Working closely with partner teams (Systems, Network and Security) to deliver best-of-breed customer serviceoutcomes.3. Supporta. Senior escalation point for all Active Directory-related technical matters globally across ESSILORLUXOTTICAb. Lead all the problem records of AD Platforms and own them till resolutionc. Provide Life Cycle Management Strategyd. Prepare Baseline Matrix ( Firmware & Device Drivers )e. Initiate Service Improvement programsSECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Participate to the search and qualification of related solutions such as monitoring/management/administration tools2. Provide monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of these System Infrastructures.3. Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for the Operations departments

PRIMARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES Must Have1. Deep technical subject matter expertise and practical experience in the following Windows technologies:a.Minimum MCSE qualified (win2012 server)b.AD2012/2016 with experience in design and implementation of complex architecturec.Domain Services managementd.Azure active directory (MS Entra ID) and ADFS concepts (including Exchange admin authentication)2. Expertise on Azure / Entra environment3. Experience in Domain Controller creation, movement and migration4. Experience in migration of AD systems5. Experience in custom security attributes extension and manipulation6. Experience in multi-lingual and multi-national service provider company is preferred7. Experience as a senior support resource in a large enterprise environmentSECONDARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES Must have1. Knowledge on Semperis and back-up setup for Active Directory and Domain Controllers2. Good knowledge on virtualization technologies like VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V3. Knowledge in Network configuration with Nexus switches4. Experience with complex software packaging, delivery and maintenance5. Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure AD6. Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.7. Experience with Docker8. Experience with DevOps environment9. Knowledge in ITIL frameworkBEHAVIOR ABILITIES: Must Have1. 10 years experience in infrastructure, 5+ years of experience in Active Directory, layer 2/3 networking, and storageanalysis and troubleshooting2. Self-motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession3. Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.4. Customer service oriented5. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking mandatory6. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints7.
