Business Intelligence Data AnalyticsDesign, develop, maintain, and support enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects using SQL-based platforms (e.g., SSMS or equivalent).Analyze, transform, validate, and reconcile large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Work with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Python for data processing and analytics.Develop and maintain BI solutions using tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, or similar enterprise reporting platforms.Design and support semantic layers, universes, and metadata models using Information Design Tool (IDT) or similar technologies.Support and administer BI environments using tools such as Central Management Console (CMC).Data Engineering IntegrationDevelop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.Build and support data integration workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar orchestration tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from enterprise systems into analytics platforms.Apply data modeling best practices, including dimensional modeling and star schema design, to support reporting requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and reporting discrepancies.Production Support Technical LeadershipProvide production support for BI platforms, reporting solutions, and data pipelines, ensuring high availability and reliability.Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for data and system-related incidents.Participate in technical discussions, troubleshooting sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing and best practices.Support incident management, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization of BI and analytics environments.

Business Intelligence & Data Platforms

• Strong experience working in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics environments

• Strong SQL development skills and experience working with SQL-based databases (e.g., SSMS or similar tools)

• Experience working with modern data platforms such as Databricks and python

• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar data integration / orchestration tools

• Experience developing and supporting BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Qlik or SAP BusinessObjects

• Experience analyzing, transforming, and validating large datasets for reporting and analytics

• Understanding of data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling and star schema design

Reporting & BI Tools

• Experience developing reports using SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence / Universe design) or similar enterprise BI tools

• Experience designing or maintaining semantic layers / universes using Information Design Tool (IDT) or similar tools

• Familiarity with Central Management Console (CMC) or equivalent BI platform administration tools

• Experience supporting enterprise BI production environments

• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Data Engineering & Integration

• Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines

• Understanding of data integration patterns between enterprise systems and analytics platforms

• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, performance problems, and reporting discrepancies

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Experience mentoring engineers or supporting technical initiatives

• Ability to participate in technical discussions, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

• Experience working in production support environments

Nice to Have

• Knowledge or experience with SAP BW / BW on HANA (BWHANA) data modeling or reporting
