Marketing Specialist

● Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan on
behalf of Capitan’s clients
● Executing digital marketing strategies, which includes, but is not limited to publishing,
scheduling, optimization and troubleshooting
● Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
● Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on
investment and efficient CAC
● Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic
& own media channels
● Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical
metrics
● Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas,
feedback & present results.
● Keep abreast on recent advertising and performance marketing trends for it to be
implemented in upcoming campaigns
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree holder of either communications, business, marketing or advertising
● 1 to 2 years of direct, performance marketing experience
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Strong command of English and Filipino
● Logical, accurate and detail oriented
● Has great organizational abilities
● Proficient computer skills including practical knowledge of Powerpoint & Excel functions
such as pivot tables, index match, v-lookup
● Preferably with certificates in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
● Preferably with working knowledge on Facebook Ads and Facebook Optimization
