Lead the team and collaborate with IT stakeholders (Infrastructure, Operations, Enterprise Architecture) to deliver project requirements Stay updated on technology trends and recommend solutions aligned with business needs Plan and manage delivery timelines, resources, and commitments Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure on-time delivery Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues Report team performance, compliance matters, and key operational updates to the Unit Head
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Delivery, or a similar leadership role. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with Infrastructure, Operations, Enterprise Architecture, and other IT stakeholders. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Experience in project planning, resource management, scheduling, and delivery management. Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Experience preparing project status reports, operational updates, and performance reports for senior management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is an advantage. Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Scrum Master) are a plus. Willing to work onsite/hybrid as required.
