Field Sales Specialist

Ensures that assigned sales targets are achieved.Conducts field credit investigations and provides results within prescribed standards.Monitors the first three installment payments of customers.Encourages customers to settle delayed payments through SMS, calls, or courtesy visits.Conducts customer KYC, authenticates valid IDs, verifies signatures, and facilitates contract signing and briefing during Car for Cash releasing.Ensures complete submission of loan and dealer documents for booking within the day or, at the latest, the following day, free of deficiencies.Ensures timely submission of loan folders (loan and dealer documents) for safekeeping, arranged according to set standards, to the SBF Head Office or SMU after booking.Updates dealers on the status of loan applications endorsed to SBF from time to time.Conducts customer briefings during unit release and loan document signing.Builds and maintains good business relationships with assigned dealers.Provides quality service to concerned parties and offers Car for Cash/Sanla ORCR and Salary/Personal Loans.
Qualifications
Gender Preference: Male/Female Minimum Experience: With or without experience (training will be provided upon successful application) Educational Attainment: High School, Senior High School Graduate, Vocational, or College Undergraduate/Graduate Age Requirements: 20–39 years old Special Requirements: Willing to do fieldworkWilling to undergo a 2-day virtual virtual training and evaluation period to assess suitability for the role.Owning a motorcycle and possessing a valid driver’s license (Non-Professional or Professional) is an advantageMust have the following pre-employment documents ready:NBI ClearanceMedical Certificate (Fit to Work)DiplomaTOR / Form 137Certificate of Completion (COC) or Certificate of Employment (COE)
