Functional Tester
• Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives.
• Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.
• Issue investigation to investigate/coordinate failing orders reported by other teams and to identify which API is failing and what is causing the failure data issue, catalog, etc.
• Defect coordination to triage defects assigned from other teams and help drive to resolution
Qualifications
CHP
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any IT-related course
• At least 2 years of work-related experience in Functional Testing
• Detail oriented: able to document and follow detailed instructions within test scripts as well as defects tracking documents (i.e., steps to recreate the problem)
• Understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the overall project life cycle
• Knowledgeable in SDLC
• Must be Knowledgeable in Agile Testing
• Willing to be based in any of these locations: Cubao, Eastwood, Mandaluyong and Taguig
• Amenable to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE
• Can start ASAP
