General Clerk

Provide general clerical and administrative support to the assigned department to ensure that its’ objective and deadlines are met.
Support would mean logging, encoding, maintaining records, reproduction and filing functions to assist the internal/external customers of the department.
Qualifications
Must Have:
Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have related administrative internship experience. (Non-negotiable)
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple processes and requests.
Proficiency in MS Office Tools most importantly Microsoft Excel. (Non-negotiable)
With proven good attendance and punctuality records; willing to commit to the work schedule. Preferably someone who lives near BGC as they will often render OT.
Keen with details - able to detect wrong information based on a reference material i.e. applicant’s id and application form (Non-negotiable)
File management and administrative experience such as filing, sorting, typing using excel and word an advantage.
Good to Have:
Experience in banking.
