Quality Control• Quality Control ensure that processes and transactions adhere to a predefined set of quality standards of the business.• Perform inspection to monitor, review, and evaluate transactions
Checker / QA – Ops Transactions• Ensure accuracy of details to avoid duplicate or incorrect processing• Validates the correctness of the details e.g. Policy Number, Policy Owner, Beneficiaries, Amount of Payout/Withdrawal, Account Name, Account Number, Currency, and attachments before endorseme
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related courses.• Entry-level candidates who have internship or professional experience in an admin role.• Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance.• Knowledgeable in Quality Control and Audit.
