Recruitment Specialist

Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks, to identify potential Relationship Manager/Associate candidates or similar roles.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and relationship-building.Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and understanding of banking and financial services.Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and objectives.Manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure a strong employer brand presence in the market.Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and changes in the job market to advise on recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Must Have:• Graduate of any college degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related degree.• Must have minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter. (Non-negotiable)• Must have 2-3 experience in sourcing, recruiting and pre-screening for both volume and targeted roles in financials, operations, credit, audit, and other non-technical support units (Non-negotiable)• Must have experience in Boolean Searching. (Non-negotiable)• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel. (Non-negotiable)• Must have exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. (Non-negotiable)• Able to prepare simple monitoring reports. (Non-negotiable) • Proven experience with recruitment tools and best practices.• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Must be goal-oriented and target driven. (Non-negotiable) • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.• Maximum of 30 days notice only.
